Where should I start after signing in?

Real estate agents start on Today and open the first item in Do Next. Buyers, sellers, and homeowners start on Home and open the current step. The help center shows both paths screen by screen.

How does a client enter Journey?

A real estate agent or coordinator opens the client record and sends an account invitation. The client uses that secure invitation to create or connect their account and then sees the plan shared with them.

What can a lender, title professional, inspector, or contractor see?

Only the specific request, document, message, or status item included in their invitation. The rest of the client plan and internal team notes stay outside that view.

I run a brokerage. Can I manage agents and offices?

Yes. Authorized managers can organize offices, invite agents, assign roles and access, reassign work, and review activity without signing in as each agent.

Do I have to replace the system my team already uses?

No. Seam can become the team's daily workspace or be introduced alongside an existing system. Any available connection is reviewed before changes move between systems.

Where is Seam available?

Everywhere in the United States. Journey and Journey Agent + CRM are open for self-serve sign-up in all 50 states and the District of Columbia, and there is no waitlist or state to choose at checkout.
